Due to advanced design, high-quality materials, scientific formulations, rigorous processes, and high-standard testing, the product has the following characteristics:
● High-voltage windings are made of copper wire, low-voltage windings are made of copper wire or copper foil, glass fiber mat is filled and wrapped, and epoxy resin without filler is poured in a vacuum state to form a solid round and simple whole after curing, with high mechanical strength, small partial discharge and high reliability.
● Flame retardant, explosion-proof, do not pollute the environment. Green materials such as glass fiber winding coils have self-extinguishing characteristics, and will not produce arcs due to short circuits. Resins will not produce toxic and harmful gases under hot topics.
● The coil does not absorb moisture, and the core clip has a special anti-corrosion protective layer, which can operate in 100?? humidity and other harsh environments. Intermittent operation does not require moisture removal.
● High resistance to short circuit and lightning shock
● The resin layer on the inside and outside of the coil is thin, and the heat dissipation performance is good. The cooling method is generally air-cooled (AN). For transformers of any protection level, an air-cooled system (AF) can be configured to improve short-term overload capacity and ensure safe operation.

Shell protection device


The shell material is made of stainless steel or aluminum alloy. The protection level reaches IP20 and IP23. The IP20 shell prevents the entry of solid foreign objects larger than 12mm in diameter, providing further safety protection for the transformer. The IP23 shell also prevents the inflow of water droplets within 60 ° of the vertical line, making it suitable for outdoor operation.
