Oil-immersed distribution transformer 10KV, 20KV

S11, S13, S20, S22 series fully sealed oil-immersed transformers are suitable for power systems with AC 50Hz and rated working voltage of 20kV and below. They are used as distribution transformers in petroleum, metallurgy, chemical, textile, light industry and other enterprises and places with large dust.


Product features


● Iron core
The core is made of high magnetic conductivity grain oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheet. The core is a new type of core with full inclined seam selection type core. The core column is a circular section with multiple steps, and the iron yoke and the core are equal sections.
● Winding
The windings are made of corrugated oil passage, non-diffusing paint process, and tighter straps; the windings are all concentric coils: the high-voltage windings have taps corresponding to the tap voltage requirements, which are led to the tap switch. The switch is installed on the box cover and needs to be cut off before the tap voltage can be changed.
● Safety protection device
The 30-2000kVA transformer is equipped with a pressure relief valve.
Gas relays with alarm and trip terminals can be installed according to user requests;
● Oil temperature measuring device
The transformers are all equipped with a tube seat of a glass thermometer, which is arranged at the top of the fuel tank and extends into the oil by 120 ± 10mm.
1000~ 2000kVA transformer is equipped with outdoor signal thermometer;
● Transformer fuel tank
The transformer fuel tank is composed of corrugated walls, the surface is made of dust, and the spray and paint film are firm. The corrugated heat sink not only has a cooling function, but also has a "breathing" function. The elasticity of the corrugated heat sink can compensate for the change of the transformer oil volume caused by the temperature rise. Therefore, the fully sealed transformer has no oil storage cabinet, which reduces the overall height of the transformer;
The vacuum oil filling process is adopted in the packaging of the transformer, which completely removes the moisture in the transformer, and the transformer oil does not contact with the air. It effectively prevents the oxygen and moisture from invading the transformer and causing the possibility of transformer insulation performance degradation and transformer oil aging, so the oil sample test is not carried out regularly.
