35kV oil-immersed power transformer
Precautions for installation and use
1. Inspection before putting into operation
1.1 Check whether the installation of each component meets its installation and use requirements.
Whether the pressure release valve fuse is lifted, whether the thermometer seat is filled with transformer oil, whether the high-pressure casing is vented, whether the adsorbent in the moisture absorber is qualified, and whether the moisture absorber is unblocked.
1.2 Whether the cooling system pipeline butterfly valve, air duct butterfly valve and other disc valves that should be opened regularly are in the open position.
1.3 Whether the indicated position of the switch is correct, whether the three phases are consistent, and whether the rotation is flexible.
1.4 Whether the oil level of the oil conservator is suitable.
1.5 Whether the power supply, control and signal wiring of various protection, control and measurement devices are correct, and whether the signals and actions are accurate.
1.6 After the long-distance transportation of the transformer arrives at the installation place and is left for 24 hours, the acceptance test is carried out. After the transformer is running without load, it is necessary to observe whether the voltage, temperature and sound of the transformer are normal. At the rated voltage, after 24 hours of continuous operation without load, it can be gradually operated with load.
2. Operation and maintenance
2.1 After the transformer is put into operation, check again whether the measurement and protection systems are normal.
2.2 After the transformer is put into operation for 48 hours, perform normal maintenance.
