KYN61-40.5 armored metal enclosed switchgear (referred to as switchgear) is a switchgear designed and improved by our factory based on the original product. It is suitable for three-phase AC 50Hz power systems, used for receiving and distributing electrical energy, and controlling, protecting, and monitoring circuits.
This switchgear has various functions to prevent misoperation, including preventing the movement of the handcart under load, preventing the live connection of the grounding switch, and preventing accidental entry into the live interval.
This switchgear is equipped with high-performance ZN85 and VN1 vacuum circuit breakers or ABB VD4 and HD4 series vacuum circuit breakers. The switchgear is a power distribution equipment with advanced technology, stable performance, reasonable structure, convenient use, safety and reliability.
main features
The cabinet body is made of aluminum zinc coated plates processed and formed by CNC equipment, and then assembled or riveted with bolts, with a fully assembled structure.
It can be equipped with ZN85-40.5 vacuum circuit breaker handcart, VN1, VD4 or HD4 vacuum circuit breaker handcart simultaneously, and the main busbar of the switchgear is connected without the need for transition cabinet transfer.
The cable room has ample space, and the air clearance between phases can be ensured to be greater than 300mm. There is no need to install insulation partitions between phases.

Normal usage conditions
● Environmental temperature: not higher than+40 ℃ and not lower than -25 ℃;
● Altitude: not exceeding 1000m;
● Relative humidity: daily average not exceeding 95 ° C??? On average not exceeding 90%;
Places without flammable gases, explosion hazards, severe pollution, chemical corrosion, and frequent violent vibrations.
Special environmental conditions for use
When the switchgear is used under normal environmental conditions beyond those specified in this user manual, our company and the user can negotiate and reach an agreement on special operating conditions beyond normal operating conditions.
To prevent condensation, the switchgear is equipped with a heater. When the switchgear is in standby mode, it should be put into use. Even during normal operation, attention should be paid to its use.
The heat dissipation problem of the switchgear can be solved through additional ventilation facilities.
External dimensions of vacuum circuit breaker handcart (mm)
The connection between the secondary line of the switchgear and the secondary line of the handcart is achieved through a secondary plug. The moving contact of the secondary plug is installed on the handcart, and the secondary socket is installed on the upper right side of the circuit breaker room in the switchgear.
