GTXGN15-12 solid insulation ring network cabinet switchgear is a new generation of environmentally friendly solid insulation ring network cabinet developed by our company. It is mainly composed of three functional units, namely V unit (circuit breaker unit), C unit (load switch), F unit (combined electrical unit), each unit can be used alone or freely expanded. Its structure is divided into intelligent control instrument room, operation mechanism and primary part. The instrument room can be equipped with microcomputer protection (controller). The mechanism is a special elastic operating mechanism. The primary part adopts APG automatic gel process, and the isolation switch and arc extinguishing chamber are completely sealed in epoxy resin. There are special connectors and busbars. The design switch of the arc extinguishing chamber adopts special copper-chromium contact material, R-type longitudinal magnetic field contact, and a complete one-time sealing process. The arc extinguishing chamber's ability to break short-circuit current, stability, electrical life, temperature rise and absolute green level are significantly improved compared with the previous arc extinguishing chamber (copper-aluminum contact material, cup-shaped longitudinal magnetic field contact structure, and incomplete one-time sealing process). The operating mechanism adopts a elastic operating mechanism integrated with the switch, that is, the isolation switch and the main switch elastic operating mechanism are integrated, which can easily realize interlocking, and the mechanism parts are few, unnecessary transmission links are reduced, and the reliability is high. The well can be equipped with electric operation according to user needs.
Fixed insulation fully enclosed switchgear: It is a solid insulating material as the main insulating medium and conductive connection, isolation switch, grounding switch, main bus, branch bus and other main electrical circuits. After a single or combination, it is covered and packaged with solid insulating medium as one or several modules with certain functions, which can be combined or expanded again, with full insulation and full sealing performance.
The three-station mechanism adopts the design of over-intermediate spring, which has the functions of switching and closing the load current, and can also realize manual and electric operation.
According to the functional units in the system, it is classified into: incoming cabinets, outgoing cabinets, busbar cabinets, metering cabinets, PT cabinets, lifting cabinets, etc., indicated by the wiring scheme number;
According to the type of main switch components, it is divided into: load switchgear, load switch-fuse combination electrical cabinet, circuit breaker cabinet and isolation switchgear, etc., which are respectively represented by F (fuse combination electrical appliance), V (circuit breaker), and C (load switch).
