main structure
The main frame adopts 8MF type open steel, and the two sides of the steel have installation holes with modulus of 20mm, 100mm and 9.2mm respectively, which is flexible and convenient for internal installation.
The main frame assembly form is designed as two types, fully assembled structure and part (side frame and beam) welded structure, for users to choose.
The functional rooms of the device are isolated from each other, and the compartments are divided into functional unit rooms, bus rooms and cable rooms. The functions of each room are relatively independent;
The horizontal main busbar adopts the flat arrangement mode behind the cabinet to enhance the ability of the busbar to resist electric power, which is the basic measure to make the main circuit of the device have the ability of high short-circuit strength;
The design of the cable compartment makes it very convenient for cables to enter and exit up and down.

functional unit
● The modulus of the drawer floor height is 160mm. It is divided into 1/2 unit, 1 unit, 3/2 unit, 2 unit, 3 unit, and five size series. The unit circuit rated current is 400A and below.
● The drawer changes only in height and size, and its width and depth dimensions remain unchanged. Drawers of the same functional unit have good interchangeability.
● Each MCC cabinet can be installed with up to 11 one-unit drawers or 22 1/2-unit drawers. More than one unit of drawers adopts a multi-functional rear panel.
● The drawer inlet and outlet lines adopt plug-ins with the same specification chip structure with different numbers of pieces according to the current.
● The adapter between the 1/2 unit drawer and the cable compartment adopts the ZJ-2 type adapter of the back plate structure.
● Unit drawer and cable compartment according to the current transfer using the same size rod or tube structure ZJ-1 type adapter.
● The drawer unit is equipped with a mechanical interlock device.
Main electrical components
The principle of selecting main electrical components is based on imported technology, which can be mass-produced in series in China and meet the requirements of high performance of the device.
● The main choice of power supply and feeder unit circuit breaker is AH series. Other more advanced performance M series produced by Schneider Company and F series produced by ABB Company can also be selected. AH type circuit breaker has the characteristics of good performance, compact structure, light weight and strong seriousness. The price is relatively low, the maintenance and use are convenient, and the performance indicators can meet the requirements of this device.
● Drawer unit (motor Control Unit, part of the feed unit) circuit breakers mainly choose CM1, TG, TM30 series molded case circuit breakers, and some choose NZM-100A series produced by MOELLER. These switches have the characteristics of good performance, compact structure, short or no arc, and high technical and economic indicators, which can meet the requirements of this device.
● Isolation switch and fuse type isolation switch choose Q series. This series has high reliability, strong breaking capacity, and can realize mechanical interlocking.
● Fuse main selection NT series.
AC contactor selection B series, LC1-D series.
Device features
Increase the heat capacity of the adapter and greatly reduce the additional temperature rise caused by the temperature rise of the adapter to the connector, cable head and spacer.
The separation between functional units and compartments is clear and reliable, and the failure of one unit does not affect the work of other units, limiting the failure to a minimum.
The busbar flat arrangement makes the device have good dynamic and thermal stability, and can withstand the impact of 80/176 kA short-circuit current.
● The number of circuits in a single cabinet of MCC cabinets is as large as 22 times, fully considering the needs of automated electric door (machine) groups in industries such as large single-unit capacity power generation and petrochemical systems;
The connection between the device and the external cable is completed in the cable compartment, and the cable can enter and exit up and down; the current transformer is installed in the cable compartment, making installation and maintenance convenient;
● The same power distribution system can limit the short-circuit current through limited viewership of reactor matching, stabilize the bus voltage at a certain value, and partially reduce the requirements for short-circuit strength of components;
The drawer unit has a sufficient number of secondary connectors (32 pairs for 1 unit and above, 20 pairs for 1/2 unit), which can meet the requirements of the number of docking points for computer interfaces and automatic control circuits.
Auxiliary circuit
The design of the auxiliary circuit diagram conforms to the "Technical Regulations for Power Design of Thermal Power Plants" and other relevant design technical regulations. It is suitable for low-voltage power plant (premises) power systems in power plants and substations, and low-voltage power distribution systems in factories, mines and high-rise buildings.
The auxiliary circuit scheme is designed according to the main circuit scheme, which is divided into functional units of power input line, feeder line (PC) and motor feeder line (MCC) operation control.
Installation and use
After the product arrives at the place of receipt, it should first check whether the packaging is complete and intact. ● Precautions for use
The O device is a low-voltage distribution cabinet that is not installed against the wall, operated on the front, and repaired on both sides. The maintenance channel and cabinet door of the cabinet must be entered or opened by qualified professionals for operation, inspection and maintenance.
