Structural features of the product
● Cabinet
The cabinet is assembled by bending the 2mm aluminum-zinc plate, which supports the main gas box and protects the operating mechanism and external components of the switchgear. There are a solution simulation diagram, switch status indication, operation hole, etc. on the front panel of the cabinet.
● Air box
The air box is welded with 3mm 304 stainless steel plate, and it is equipped with the primary live parts of the switchgear. The air box is welded by welding robot, and the sealing of the product is guaranteed through isobaric vacuuming and nitrogen leak detection technology. The box is equipped with a density relay to observe the gas pressure in the box, and the box is also equipped with an explosion-proof film. When an internal arc fault occurs, the explosion-proof film breaks and releases the faulty gas to ensure minimal loss to users.
● Load switch/ground switch
The load switch is divided into two stations (closing-opening) and three stations (closing-opening and grounding).

● Fuse
In cabinet F, the fuse is first installed on the fuse support and then inserted into the fuse insulation cylinder.

When the fuse support is inserted into the insulating cylinder, the insulating cylinder is isolated from the outside world, which can ensure that it is not affected by external pollution.
