HXGN17-12 AC metal ring network switchgear (vacuum switch) (referred to as ring network cabinet) is a new type of high-voltage switchgear produced for the needs of urban power grid transformation and construction. In the power supply system, it is also used to break the load current and short-circuit current and turn off the short-circuit current. The ring network cabinet is equipped with FZRN25 and FZRN21 vacuum load switches, and the operating mechanism is a spring mechanism. The mechanism can be operated manually or electrically. The ground switch and isolator are equipped with a manual operating mechanism. The ring network cabinet has strong complete set, small size, no combustion and explosion hazard, and also has reliable "five defenses" function. This ring network cabinet meets the relevant provisions of GB3906 "3-35kV AC metal-enclosed switchgear" and IEC60420 "High-voltage AC load switch fuse combination electrical appliance" standards.

● Packaging, storage and transportation
O ring net cabinet is packed in a single wooden box when it leaves the factory. Tipping, inversion and violent vibration are not allowed during storage and transportation. Direct push and pull on the ground is not allowed when moving; when there is no lifting device, a round slip can be placed under the sleeper of the packing box to slide it to the installation position.
O to prevent the cabinet from rain and moisture.
O ring network cabinet should be placed in a well-ventilated place to prevent the intrusion of various harmful gases. It is strictly forbidden to store in a warehouse with chemicals, acids and alkalis.
● Acceptance
O Check whether the packaging is damaged before unpacking, and pay attention to protecting the product when unpacking. Conduct an appearance inspection of the cabinet; at the same time, check whether the components in the cabinet are damaged and whether the accessories match the packing list.
O Check whether the random file is safe.

Installation and commissioning
● When installing, place the ring network cabinet on the installation foundation, arrange it neatly, debug it, and then fasten it with fasteners.
When installing the main busbar, open the busbar room for installation, and the contact surface of the connecting busbar should be flat and free of dirt.
The grounding of the ring network cabinet should be reliably grounded, and the grounding should be checked.
● When debugging, debug according to the instruction manual of the ring network cabinet and the instruction manual of each component in the cabinet.
After installation and debugging, the respective switching elements and anti-misoperation mechanisms are operated 5 times, and no abnormal phenomenon is found, and the switch mechanical operation is considered correct.
Usage and troubleshooting
● Check before power delivery
O ring network cabinet in the power before a comprehensive inspection of all components in the cabinet electrical performance, green level and wiring correctness, check all normal can be put into operation.
● Normal operating state
O During normal operation, regardless of the incoming or outgoing cabinet, the load switch should be in the closing position, the grounding knife should be in the opening position, and the cabinet should be in the closed and locked state.
● Troubleshooting
O When the incoming cabinet malfunctions for maintenance, the incoming power supply should be cut off first, the load switch should be switched on, and the live display on the cabinet should be checked at the same time. After confirming that it is correct, close the grounding knife and open the door for maintenance.
O When the outlet cabinet is in trouble for maintenance, the load switch in the cabinet should be broken first, the grounding knife should be closed, and the front door should be opened for maintenance. At this time, the main bus is in a charged state.
Maintenance and overhaul
The ring network cabinet needs to be maintained and repaired under the following circumstances.
O Check the insulation level of the product after 5 years of operation.
O After the load switch is turned on and off 100 times, the main circuit resistance, the dynamic and static contacts of the load switch, and the auxiliary contacts should be checked.
In the case of one unit, the ring network cabinet should be maintained and repaired after a power outage.
