The MNS system is a product of our company's introduction of Swiss ABB company manufacturing technology. It is a factory-assembled low-voltage switchgear device. The technical standards comply with GB7251.1, IEC439-1, VDE0660 Part 500, BS5486 Part 1, UTE63-410. As a marine product, it also meets the LIOYD'S REGISTER marine standard.

The low-voltage switchgear of MNS system includes fixing technology and drawer technology, and the material is selected as well as the pot plate structure technology and the plastic structure technology. The latter technical level has reached the international level in the 1990s.

The MNS system can adapt to various power supply and distribution needs, and can be widely used in the power distribution systems of various industrial and mining enterprises such as land, power plants, nuclear power plants, ships, and oil platforms.


Product features

Compact design; can accommodate more functional units in a smaller space.
● Strong structural versatility and flexible assembly. C-shaped profiles with a modulus of 25mm can meet the requirements of various structural forms, protection grades and use environments.
● Adopt standard module design: it can form standard units such as protection, operation, conversion, control, regulation, measurement, indication, etc. Users can choose and assemble according to their needs. More than 200 kinds of assembly parts can be assembled into different cabinet structures and form fixed partitions or drawer units.
Safety: A large number of high-strength flame-retardant engineering plastic components are used to effectively enhance the protection and safety performance.
High technical performance: the main parameters have reached the contemporary international level.
● Compression site: a site with a high degree of refinement, which can greatly compress the storage and transportation of prefabricated parts.
Easy to assemble: no special complex tools are required.

The ambient air temperature is not higher than + 40 ° C, not lower than -5 ° C, and the average temperature for 24 hours is not higher than + 35 ° C.
The ambient air is clean, and the relative humidity does not exceed 50 at a maximum temperature of + 40 ° C. Higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures, such as 90 at + 25 ° C, but should be taken into account due to temperature changes
Moderate condensation may occur occasionally.
For indoor use, the altitude should not exceed 2000m.
Where there is no significant shaking or shock.
Pollution level: Level 3
● Seismic intensity: level 8;
The temperature during the transportation and storage of the switchgear can range from -25 ° C to 55 ° C, and the temperature can reach + 70 ° C in a short period of time.
If the above conditions of use cannot be met, they should be resolved through negotiation between the user and the manufacturer.


Switchgear type

Power Center Cabinet (PC)
The use of fixed installation of the withdrawal switch, current from 630A to 6300A of various high breaking capacity, advanced structure and intelligent circuit breaker.
Power factor automatic compensation cabinet (MDS-J), motor control center cabinet (MCC)
● Drawer type
○ Assembled from large and small drawers, the main switch of each circuit adopts high breaking molded case circuit breaker or rotary load switch with fuse.
● Fixed type
The OMCC cabinet functional unit adopts a fixed installation of a plug-in molded case circuit breaker, which not only has obvious breakpoints and enhances safety, but also has the advantages of good reliability of the fixed cabinet. The functional units are separated by steel plates and are independent of each other. The units have a compact structure, large capacity and strong functions. Various types of functional units can be assembled in a single cabinet or mixed. Its effective height is 72E and can be freely combined according to the scheme.

Drawer type

There are five standard sizes, all based on a height of 8E (200mm):
8E/4: Assemble 4 drawer units in 8E height space.
● 8E/2: Assemble 2 drawer units in 8E height space.
● 8E: Assemble a drawer unit in 8E height space.
16E: Assemble a drawer unit at a height of 16E (400mm).
24E: Assemble a drawer unit at a height of 24E (600mm).
Five types of drawer units can be assembled in a single cabinet or can be used as a mixed assembly. A single assembly in a cabinet can accommodate up to a fixed number of units as shown in Table 1.

Cabinet structure

The basic structure of the switch cabinet is assembled from C-shaped profiles. The C-shaped profiles are made of steel plates with E = 25 mm as the modulus mounting hole, and are assembled with self-tapping screws and 8.8-grade bolts. All cabinets and inner baffles are galvanized. The surrounding door panels and side panels are powder unsprayed, and the effective installation height is 72E. The basic structure of the cabinet is shown in Figure 2. The basic dimensions of the cabinet are shown in Table 3.
