XGN66-12 (Z) box type fixed AC metal enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as switchgear) is our company's new generation of high-voltage electrical equipment complete sets of products, in line with the national standard GB3906 "-35kV AC metal enclosed switchgear" Power Department DLT404 "Indoor AC high-voltage switchgear ordering technical conditions" requirements, but also meet the international standard IEC60298 "1kV above 52kV AC metal enclosed switchgear and control equipment requirements".
This product absorbs the advanced technology of foreign countries. It is small in size and is only a 50 circuit breaker of ordinary switchgear volume. It has the advantages of high reliability and good performance; the "five-proof" interlocking mechanism is reliable and simple. The switchgear is an indoor complete set of devices segmented by a single bus with 3.6, 7.2, and 12kV three-phase AC current at 50Hz. It is used for receiving and distributing electric energy. The well has the functions of controlling, protecting and monitoring the circuit. It can be used in various types of power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, high-rise buildings and other places. It can also be used in the switching station in combination with the ring network cabinet.

● The cabinet is welded with high-quality angle steel;
● The circuit breaker room is located in the middle (lower) part of the cabinet, which is convenient for installation, debugging and maintenance. Standard VS1 circuit breaker is equipped with a pressure release channel to ensure personal safety;
● Adopting advanced and reliable rotary disconnector, it can safely enter the circuit breaker room for maintenance when the main bus is charged.
● The whole cabinet protection grade is IP2X;
● Equipped with a reliable and fully functional mandatory mechanical locking device, which is simple and effective to meet the "five defenses" requirements;

The door is equipped with an observation window, allowing you to clearly observe the working status of the components in the cabinet.
● The operating mechanism lock adopts the JSXGN lock mechanism used in the same XGN2-12 cabinet, which is simple, reliable, convenient and practical;
● The inlet and outlet cables are lower than the front of the cabinet, which is convenient for users to connect.

install
●The installation foundation refers to the figure below. The foundation channel steel protrudes 1-3mm from the ground. The unevenness should not exceed 1.5mm within each meter, and the full length should not exceed 5mm.
● Place the switchgear on the foundation in sequence and adjust the installation position. Then fix it with M12 bolts or spot welding method, and tighten the M8 bolts between the cabinets.
● Remove the back cover to install the main busbar and primary cable. The terminal contact surface should be cleaned and coated with neutral Vaseline. After installation, plug the primary cable hole.
Connect the cabinet to the indirect bus, so that it is integrated along the direction of the switchgear arrangement, check whether the working grounding and protective grounding are missing, whether the grounding circuit is continuously turned on, the working grounding resistance should not be greater than 1000μQ, and the protective grounding resistance should not be greater than 4Q.
● Install the secondary cable, the cable is introduced from the front and bottom of the cabinet, enters the low-voltage chamber along the side wall, and is tapped on the terminal row; or the low-voltage chamber is introduced from the secondary small busbar at the top of the cabinet, and the cable hole is sealed after installation.
● Clean up the dust and debris in the cabinet.
